My goal
I have done workout many times before. Then l left 1-2 months. I went to gyms and spinning club. I run outside and I have been studied since 2015 but now no good better. I had no purpose. I think, if you haven’t anything goal, you leave as soon as. Last December I look at yourself. Who am I?, what I do overcome in the world?, do you like ? Ask me. Then l decided, I challenged “change yourself trip 21 day” it was personal development training course. I changed 100%. I have a bid dream, I have a purpose this year. First I do exercise every day, another I will learn English more. So I love yourself, make time for yourself. At the end of year I will be 55 kg and I will speak English fluent. In 2021 I will take an IELTS exam
Products of dairy at home
I was born countryside. I love Dairy and from kild. My family has almost 20 cows. My parants and Mather in law live in Selenge province. They always send we milk. Now I’m looking after my little baby so I always milk boiled every evening. In the morning I take clotted cream then I eat clotted cream with barley. I love it very much. I have make yougurt sinse on February 2020 every day. My little baby’s first food is my home made yogurt. He likes it. He eats it like soup. My oldest two sons are keen on yougurt also. They eat with apples, bananas and some berries . Sometimes they do smoothies. Some day I burned milk when did yogurt’s teste was bad. So everyone didn’t eat. So I baked bread. My family’s favorite this bread. My hubby doesn’t like it dairy. Some day I curled milk when my children ask me why Mam, you drink yourself. Said they. It’s so funny

Breakfast at my House
During the week we’re often walking out the door with a coffee in one hand and slice of toast in the other, but on weekends breakfast is never rushed. It’s a late affair, sometimes spilling over to lunch, with lots of reading and chatter in between courses of fruits, poached eggs, honey and toast. One of our favorite things we like to serve when friends are visiting are buckwheat blueberry pancakes.
