I have done workout many times before. Then l left 1-2 months. I went to gyms and spinning club. I run outside and I have been studied since 2015 but now no good better. I had no purpose. Then l decided, I challenged “change yourself trip 21 day” it was personal development training course. I changed 100%. I have a bid dream, I have a purpose this year. First I do exercise every day, another I will learn English more. So I love yourself, make time for yourself. At the end of year I will be 55 kg and I will speak English fluent. In 2021 I will take an IELTS exam
